Ingredients
1 pack whole mushrooms (1 lb / 450 grams) (sliced)
1 green bell pepper (capsicum) (cut into large pieces)
3 tbsp oil
1 large onion (cut into large pieces)
1 large tomato (cut into large pieces)
1¼ tsp red cayenne pepper powder
1¼ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
Method
Take a flat pan and heat 1 tbsp oil. Saute the onions and green bell pepper on high heat until golden brown. Now remove the sautéed onions and bell pepper in a separate bowl. Further heat another tbsp of oil and sauté the mushrooms on high heat until tender. Once again remove the sautéed mushrooms in the bowl along with the onions and bell pepper.
Finally heat the remaining tbsp of oil and saute the tomatoes on medium heat. To this add red cayenne pepper and coriander powder with salt to taste. Allow the tomatoes to cook for ~5 minutes. Stir in between. Now add the sautéed mushrooms, onions, green bell pepper to the gooey tomatoes and cook for another 2 minutes. Delicious mushroom capsicum bell pepper vegetable is ready!
